• When I found Beyond Recovery in Prison, I saw the real me & the innocence of all that I have done, and the innocence of all others as well.

• The only moment that matters is how I feel now

• With this understanding of 3P, I saw differently. Before I had to wear a "mask"

• Not until I took off this mask, did I find "love me for me" and "I am worthy"

• To feel love in a dark place, I just sat with my feelings & listen to myself. And be present

• Before, my mind said I need to be a man

• Now, the keymaker is my mind, and now I am able to navigate any situation. What happens doesn't bother me or I know the keymaker will provide an answer
